Fantastic company to do business with and one that we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We used Pro Heating and Air conditioning once again for an AC issue. This was our second time using this fantastic company. Our first experience with this company was last October (2024). Our AC went out and we reached out to the builder. The builder highly recommended Pro Heating and Air Conditioning and provided us with their contact information. we called immediately, spoke with Cody. He informed us that he would be out later that day to evaluate the situation (our pipes had been freezing up and little if any cold air). Additionally, we explained to Cody that my seven year old grandson has severe and at times, life threatening allergies and the windows had to be kept closed at all times and we were dependent on the AC and air purifiers to help keep him safe with his allergies. Cody responded that he would be right out. Cody quickly evaluated the situation and found the problem. He provided us a quote significantly less than what I have paid for similar work on a different home/AC. We agreed to the work and Cody started right away. Cody spent several hours working on the repair. We couldn’t be more thankful for all his help. This time around, we had a different issue with the AC (totally unrelated to last October’s issue. Once again Cody responded by coming out to the house, determined that we need a new compressor and stated he located one and would be back in an hour or so with the part to do the repair. After a few hours the house AC was up and running. The folks at Pro AC and Cooling exceeded our expectations in all areas eg pricing, response time and overall quality of work. We cannot than Cody or Steve enough for there services. He is responsive and is able to correct issues in a timely manner. He does a great job communicating options when a system is near end of life, and lets the customer decide what fits best for them.
